Established in 2015, Yu Chocolatier has received numerous awards and honors, including being the first Taiwanese
brand to exhibit at Salon du Chocolat Paris. He has been named Gamechanging Producer by the 50 Next Awards (the World's 50 Best Restaurants) in 2022.
Inspirations of chef Yu derive from the orient and occident alike. He constantly explores the frontier of chocolate,
and shapes the identity of Taiwanese chocolate through steady efforts in everyday practice.
