Established in 2015, Yu Chocolatier has received numerous awards and honors, including being the first Taiwanese
brand to exhibit at Salon du Chocolat Paris.
    Inspirations of chef Yu derive from the orient and occident alike. He constantly explores the frontier of chocolate, 
and shapes the identity of Taiwanese chocolate through steady efforts in everyday practice.
    At Yu Chocolatier, we seek for ultimate freshness and source the best produce. We work with French AOP certified
dairy products, top quality chocolates of numerous origins, spirits from around the world, and fine Taiwanese ingredients 
such as teas, fruits, and spices.
