    As not all affections can be spoken, the unspoken is sometimes more passionate than its verbal form. For this year's Valentine's Day, chef Yu proposes three special ganaches Yu, Mountain Pepper Pistachio, and Timut Pepper.  Yu is the signature of our maison, the embodiment of elegance and grace of a dark chocolate ganache. Mountain Pepper Pistachio uses the finest of Sicilian pistachios, perfumed with the fresh notes of Makao, an indigenous mountain pepper of Taiwan. Timut Pepper is a special spice originated from Nepal, with floral and citrus notes, paired with dark chocolate.
