Yu Chocolatier draws its name from its founder and master chocolatier, Cheng Yu-Hsuan. The character 畬 Yu evokes the image of a fertile field cradled within the mountains, nurtured for years in quietude.
At Yu Chocolatier, taste is our dao, our guiding path. We are devoted to the alchemy of chocolate, weaving the pure essence of fine cacao with the diverse expressions of the terroir. Established in 2015, Yu Chocolatier serves as a confluence of heritages from multiple cultures. Honored by international accolades, we continue to wander and wonder, crafting a voice of our own for Taiwanese chocolate.
