In 2024, YU CHOCOLATIER had the honor of designing a special dessert for the State Banquet. Inspired by traditional sweet dumplings, chef Yu skillfully blended osmanthus hydrolat with black sesame oil, creating an unique Osmanthus Sesame Oil Ganache that received much appreciation at this grand event.


The State Banquet Chocolate Gift Box will include 3 pieces of Osmanthus Sesame Oil ganache and an assortment of our seasonal gourmet chocolate bonbons. Perfect treat for any chocolate-loving person.
