In 2024, YU CHOCOLATIER had the honor of designing a special dessert for the State Banquet. Inspired by traditional sweet dumplings, chef Yu skillfully blended osmanthus hydrolat with black sesame oil, creating an unique Osmanthus Sesame Oil Ganache that received much appreciation at this grand event.
