    Chocolate truffles are beautiful, rare guests at Yu Chocolatier. Named after its similar appearance as truffles freshly harvested from earth, this coveted chocolate display its charm with the silkiness of ganache, complimented by the bitterness of cocoa powder. For this year's Christmas, Chef Yu created two chocolate truffles, one with the tender notes of vanilla and caramel, the other perfumed with Grande Champagne X.O. Cognac, and both finished with a little pinch of Christmas magic.
