    If you could have one thing at Yu Chocolatier, then it must be our chocolate bonbons. Nothing represents our passion better than this piece of fine, dark square. It is a symphony of flavors, composed of the terroir of cacao and the freshness of local ingredients. At Yu Chocolatier, chocolates are brought to a whole new level, as the finest perfumes, embodied with elegance, length, and profundity. 


    This year we proudly present two special Christmas ganaches. One inspired by our classic dessert "Calamansi Jasmine," with the refreshing crisp of calamansi, perfected by the silverish scents of jasmine. The other is the duo of raspberry and blood peach, a sweet reddish hue of Christmas warmth.
