Forêt d'Alsace Ice Cream Mooncake
The Alsace region is well-known for its abundance in raspberries. YU CHOCOLATIER's signature flavor Forêt d'Alsace was inspired by just that during chef Yu's training in France . Featuring the tangy notes of raspberry paired with fruity chocolate, this mooncake is meticulously crafted with layers of dark chocolate ice cream, chocolate almond cake, selfmade raspberry jam, enrobed in a decadent chocolate shell. Jasmine Calamansi Ice Cream Mooncake
Jasmine Calamansi represents the exquisite marriage of Orient and Occident in the flavor repertoire of YU CHOCOLATIER.
