    For this year's Mid-Autumn celebration, our chef drew inspiration from his famous pastries "Forêt d'Alsace" and "Jasmine Calamansi," and creates a lavish assortment of ice cream mooncakes. Forêt d'Alsace Ice Cream Mooncake

The Alsace region is well-known for its abundance in raspberries.  YU CHOCOLATIER's signature flavor Forêt d'Alsace was inspired by just that during chef Yu's training in France . Featuring the tangy notes of raspberry paired with fruity chocolate, this mooncake is meticulously crafted with layers of dark chocolate ice cream, chocolate almond cake, selfmade raspberry jam, enrobed in a decadent  chocolate shell. As the ice cream melts on the palate, raspberry and chocolate becomes one harmonious blend of deliciousness.  

Jasmine Calamansi Ice Cream Mooncake

Jasmine Calamansi represents the exquisite marriage of Orient and Occident in the flavor repertoire of YU CHOCOLATIER. With refined techniques, its mooncake version captures every facet of this superb dessert ─ a luxurious ice cream infused with Taiwanese jasmine water and calamansi jam, complemented with lime cake and butter crumbles, all enclosed within a thin shell of passion fruit delight. The citrusy fragrance of calamansi and lime, intertwined with the captivating aroma of jasmine, conjures an enchanting sensation as a mid-autumn's breeze.
