It is a symphony of flavors, composed of the terroir of cacao and the freshness of local ingredients. At Yu Chocolatier, chocolates are brought to a whole new level, as the finest perfumes, embodied with elegance, length, and profundity.

For this year's Christmas, chef Yu wishes to transform the coolness of snow into chocolate. An exclusive seasonal chocolate ganache "Rosemary&Lime" is therefore born. It holds the refreshing notes of rosemary with the zesty brightness of Taiwanese lime, bedded by the rich undertone of cacao.
