We proudly present two flavors of ice cream mooncake for this year—Chocolat Classique, Strawberry & Fromage Blanc.

The chocolate mooncake fully represents my passion for chocolate. Chocolate relies on our body temperature to melt and give that craving sensation, so to orchestrate a symphony of delicate aromas beneath freezing point is challenging as well as crucial in making a great chocolate ice cream.

As for strawberry, we use organic Taiwanese strawberries, and turn them into delicious strawberry compote. The ice cream is composed of Normandy “fromage blanc,” white cheese, a fresh cow’s milk cheese which has a tangy, refreshing taste, soft and moist in texture. Along with strawberry, it is definitely a treat one would love to have at a mid-autumn reunion.
